In a recent video, Kareena expressed her strong stance against the use of Botox and fillers. “I am against Botox,” she declared firmly. “I believe in self-preservation in a good sense—being healthy, feeling great, and using natural therapies. Preserving myself and my talent is my weapon, and that means taking holidays, spending time with friends and family, not just being on set. That’s my form of self-preservation, rather than needles and going under the knife.”

Kareena urged her fans to stop artificial treatments and embrace natural remedies, championing the hashtag #NoBotox, #NoFillers, and #NaturalGlow. Her message received mixed reactions online, with some praising her natural beauty while others criticized her, especially after Shefali’s death.

Meanwhile, investigations into Shefali’s passing have revealed more troubling details. Police sources suggest that self-medication and suspected food poisoning may have contributed to her death. It’s reported that Shefali consumed stale fried rice while fasting and had been undergoing anti-aging treatments for the past five to six years—including anti-aging injections without proper medical supervision.

So far, Mumbai Police have collected seven CCTV footage samples and recorded statements from 14 individuals, including family members, domestic staff, and others who were in regular contact with Shefali.

The tragedy has sparked a wider conversation about the dangers of unregulated cosmetic procedures and the societal pressures faced by women in the spotlight. Kareena’s heartfelt message serves as a call to embrace natural beauty and prioritize health over artificial enhancements.
