Salman Khan Sells Bandra Property for Rs 5.35 Crore, Includes Three Parking Spaces

Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan continues to make headlines both for his professional and personal ventures. The beloved actor, known to fans as “Bhaijaan,” has recently sold his Bandra West property for a whopping Rs 5.35 crore.

With the much-anticipated Bigg Boss 19 set to premiere in August, which Salman Khan will once again host, the actor is reported to be earning a hefty fee for his involvement. In addition to his television commitments, Khan has made news by selling one of his residential properties at a premium price.

According to documents reviewed by squareyars.com, Salman Khan sold his apartment located in the upscale locality of Bandra West, Mumbai, for Rs 5.35 crore. This prime area is known for its luxurious real estate market, offering high rates for both residential and commercial properties. The neighborhood features not only apartments but also bungalows and boutique commercial developments, making it a hotspot for investors. Bandra’s connectivity to the Western Express Highway, Bandra Railway Station, and the upcoming metro line adds to its appeal, with major business hubs such as the Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel, and the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport located nearby.

Based on registration documents received from IGO, the apartment sold by Salman Khan was situated in Shiv Aastha Heights and had a carpet area of 122.45 square meters. The deal also included three dedicated car parking spaces for the buyer. The stamp duty for this transaction was reported to be Rs 3,21,000, with registration charges amounting to Rs 30,000.

On the work front, Salman Khan is not only a celebrated actor but also a producer, having been active in the film industry since 1990. Over his illustrious career, he has delivered several blockbuster hits, including films like “Sultan,” “Sikandar,” and “Tubelight.”
