Archana Tiwari Missing Case: Links to Gwalior and Key Suspect Emerge

The case of missing Archana Tiwari has now taken a new turn, with investigation threads leading to Gwalior. A constable named Ram Tomar from Gwalior has become a person of interest in the case. Police have thoroughly interrogated Ram Tomar to dig deeper into the circumstances of Archana’s disappearance.

Archana Tiwari, who left Indore for Katni to celebrate the Rakhi festival, has been missing for 13 days now. During the investigation, police discovered that Ram Tomar had booked a ticket for Archana from Indore to Gwalior. However, she never boarded the vehicle for which the ticket was booked. Instead, she set off for Katni on a different train, but never arrived at her destination. Archana’s phone last went offline in Bhopal, after which her location could not be traced.

Based on Archana’s call records, it was found that Constable Ram Tomar had been in contact with her for nearly a year and a half. He admitted to police that Archana had requested him to book her a ticket. When questioned, Ram explained that while he arranged a bus ticket from Indore to Gwalior, Archana actually traveled by train toward Katni. Ram’s phone and other belongings have been seized for forensic analysis as part of the probe.

The case has been officially registered at the GRP police station, and a coordinated investigation between the Gwalior city police and the GRP is currently ongoing. The police are leaving no stone unturned and continue to interrogate Ram Tomar as well as several other friends and contacts who were in touch with Archana before she went missing.

Authorities are also analyzing Archana’s phone records to identify everyone she spoke to just before going missing and to understand the circumstances that led to her disappearance. The last CCTV footage available of Archana is from her hostel in Indore, showing her exiting the premises. Her belongings were found on the reserved seat of a train, but she never reached Katni.

While key questions remain unresolved—such as why Archana requested a Gwalior ticket, why she did not use it, and what exactly happened during her journey—the investigation is ongoing. Police stress that they are taking the case seriously and have not ruled out any possibility.
