UP: Caught with Lover in OYO, Woman Jumps from 12-Foot Roof—Police Reveal Shocking Details!
Viral Video Sparks Social Media Frenzy
A dramatic video from Chaprauli, Baraut (Uttar Pradesh), is taking social media by storm. In the clip, a woman is seen standing on a 12 to 15-foot-high roof. As voices urge her to “jump, jump,” she suddenly leaps off, risking her life to escape the situation.
Eyewitnesses say the woman was caught red-handed with her alleged lover in an OYO hotel room by her husband and in-laws. As chaos erupted, the woman climbed to the roof and jumped down to flee. Her husband’s family managed to catch the alleged lover, while she disappeared from sight after the daring escape.

Police Investigation and Family Allegations
The police quickly arrived at the scene, detaining the alleged lover for questioning and interrogating the hotel manager. The woman’s husband filed a formal complaint, accusing his wife of infidelity and even alleging that she threatened him with murder through her lovers.
However, the story takes a twist. The woman had previously filed a complaint against her husband, claiming harassment and domestic issues. According to police, both husband and wife had been called for counseling on June 16, following her initial complaint on June 2. The counseling session ended in further discord, not resolution.
He Said, She Said—A Marital Dispute or More?
Police officials clarify that both parties are leveling serious allegations against each other. The husband claims his wife has an illicit relationship, while the wife accuses him of abuse. The police are treating this as a marital dispute, with both sides refusing to reconcile.
An officer stated, “We have counseled both parties multiple times, but there is no agreement. Since both are making counter-allegations, further action will depend on court proceedings or mutual settlement.”
What’s Next?
As the video continues to go viral, the incident has sparked debates about marital discord, privacy, and the role of social media in amplifying personal disputes. For now, police say their hands are tied, and only counseling or legal intervention can resolve the matter.
