Speaking out against critics, Akshay Kumar called for people to use their sense and stop linking artists’ work to patriotism or betrayal.

Recently, Diljit Dosanjh has faced backlash for his decision to work alongside Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in his upcoming film “Sardaar Ji 3.” Some organizations have gone as far as demanding a ban on Diljit and the cancellation of his Indian citizenship, sparking heated debates across social media and news outlets.

Akshay further pointed out that he himself has worked with several Pakistani actors, including Javed Sheikh, Rashid Naz, and Ahsan Khan. “I have also worked with Pakistani artists—does that make me a traitor?” he questioned.
