Bihar Police Recruitment Exam: Last 20 Days Strategy and the Spirit of Aspirants
With just about 20 days left for the Bihar Police 19,838 recruitment exam, the atmosphere among aspirants is charged with anxiety and determination. Many believe that if they miss this opportunity, it could be a long wait for the next one. Across the state, students are burning the midnight oil, preparing relentlessly for this crucial written test.
Guidance from Experts
At Gyanbindu GS Academy, renowned educator Roshan Anand shared his advice for candidates during these final days. “The most important thing in the last 20 days is to ensure you have covered the entire syllabus,” he said. For those who haven’t, he advised to quickly finish the syllabus and dedicate the last 10 days solely to revision. “Don’t try to learn anything new in the last 10 days—focus only on revision,” he emphasized.
He also stressed the importance of practicing with question banks and mock tests. “To crack this exam, you need three things: a strong grip on question banks, command over the syllabus, and regular practice with mock sets.”
The Power of Question Banks
Roshan Anand highlighted a special question bank book, which compiles questions from all Bihar Police exams held between 2010 and 2024, covering the entire syllabus. True to their promise, the academy has provided free preparation resources and unlocked all video discussions related to this book on their app until August 3, 2025. “This book is not just a book—it’s the key to results,” Anand said.
He also acknowledged the dedication of faculty members like Alok Sir, who, despite personal loss, continued to guide students through the book’s discussion sessions, often working late into the night. “Such commitment from teachers inspires students to work even harder,” Anand added.
Special Sessions and Free Resources
Current affairs, a crucial component of the exam, will be covered in special free sessions on YouTube in the weekends leading up to the exam. The academy has stayed true to its pledge of providing free, comprehensive preparation for all Bihar aspirants.
Motivation for Aspirants
When asked about students who feel their preparation is incomplete, Anand reassured them: “Ups and downs are normal. Even if you haven’t finished the entire syllabus, focus on revising what you have learned. The questions you know should not be missed.” He urged students to maintain their confidence and practice with as many mock sets as possible.
Voices of the Aspirants
The article also highlighted the stories of several students, many of whom are married women balancing household responsibilities and studies, with strong support from their families. Most have completed the syllabus using the question bank, some even revising it three to four times. Their test scores range from 40 to 75 out of 100, and the collective confidence is high.
One student from Supaul district shared, “My mother-in-law encourages me to study, and my husband supports me. I’m determined to secure this job for my family.” Another from Khagaria, newly married, echoed similar sentiments about family support and her goal to join the police force.
Record Participation and Optimism
With over 21,000 students connected to the academy, the classrooms are full, and expectations are high for record results. “This time, all three centers will be filled with successful candidates,” Anand predicted confidently.
As the Bihar Police exam approaches, the dedication of both teachers and students stands out. The spirit of camaraderie, free resources, and relentless effort signals a promising future for many aspirants. For those feeling anxious, the message is clear—revise, practice, and believe in yourself.
