CCTV Footage Reveals Advocate Archana Tiwari’s Final Moments Before Mysterious Disappearance

INDORE – The disappearance of advocate Archana Tiwari has become a sensational missing-persons case, with authorities turning to every available clue—including crucial CCTV footage from her hostel on August 7th.

The footage, captured at Satkaar Girls Hostel in Indore, shows Archana neatly filling out the hostel departure register. She can be seen informing hostel staff and her roommate that she’s leaving for her hometown, Katni, to celebrate Raksha Bandhan. At the exit, Archana waits with her luggage and speaks on her phone, possibly coordinating her taxi or auto for the journey. According to hostel documents, Archana noted her intended travel date as August 7, writing down her expected return date and signing the register. She carried her bag, later found at Umaria station, and boarded the Indore-Bilaspur Express around 4:00 p.m., headed for Katni.

Eyewitnesses and hostel residents describe Archana as sociable, friendly, and academically gifted, having completed her LLB and LLM studies and practiced law at the High Court. She had been living in Room No. 3, preparing for civil judge exams for the last several months.

The journey began as expected, with Archana remaining in contact with her family throughout the initial stages. However, inexplicably, after the train reached Bhopal—specifically Rani Kamalapati station—her phone was switched off and she disappeared. Her bag was later located at Umaria station, but there has been no sign of her since.

Hostel staff and fellow residents describe Archana as well-mannered and diligent, dedicated to her studies and to helping others. The entire community is in shock, and concern for her safety is growing with each passing day.

Investigations by police and railway authorities are ongoing, focusing on every possible lead, while Archana’s family grows increasingly anxious with no new information since August 7th.
