Speaking to the media, Dimple Yadav recalled the time of Operation Sindoor, saying, “The entire opposition was united on the issue of employment back then. Today, while the opposition parties are willing to discuss Operation Sindoor, there is an urgent demand that the attack in Pahalgam must be discussed first. The people who lost their lives there—what assurances did they have? The government gave tourists the assurance of safety, and yet, the security arrangements provided by the government were clearly insufficient. The people responsible for this lapse must be held accountable.”

She added that a thorough discussion was necessary in Parliament regarding the Pahalgam attack, where many lost their lives, and the official statement from the Prime Minister was still awaited.

“The attack in Pahalgam needs to be discussed in detail,” she said. “It is crucial because people have lost their lives, and some are still in danger. We are still waiting for complete and official information from the Prime Minister, and Parliament needs to debate this issue thoroughly to ensure accountability.”
