Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Health Worsens Amid Saif Ali Khan’s ₹15,000 Crore Property Loss

Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan has recently shared a worrying update about her health, just as her husband Saif Ali Khan faces a massive legal setback over his family’s ancestral property.

Kareena Kapoor got emotional as Saif Ali Khan admitted to Hospital after she left Home

On Saturday, Kareena took to Instagram to apologize to her film directors for delays in her shooting schedules, promising to return soon. Her post quickly drew an outpouring of support from fans, with messages like “Get well soon, Babu” and prayers for her speedy recovery flooding the comments section. However, some users speculated that her health issues may be linked to the recent headline-making property dispute.

Just days before Kareena’s announcement, Saif Ali Khan suffered a major loss in court. A Madhya Pradesh court ruled that ancestral properties worth an astonishing ₹15,000 crore, once owned by Saif’s royal family, are now officially classified as “enemy property.” According to India’s Enemy Property Act, assets belonging to those who migrated to Pakistan after the 1947 partition and became Pakistani citizens can be seized by the Indian government.

Saif had previously obtained a stay order in 2015, which delayed the court’s verdict. However, that stay was lifted in December 2024. The court granted the family a 30-day window to file a formal claim, but no action was taken. As a result, the Bhopal district administration now has the legal right to seize these prized royal estates.YouTube

Speaking on the matter, Saif Ali Khan said, “You can’t put a price on it. Emotionally, this property is priceless. My grandparents and my father are buried here. Their peace, spiritual connection, and our family legacy are tied to that land.” He added that while the land itself dates back centuries, the palace built by his grandfather for his grandmother is over 100 years old.

As Kareena continues her recovery and Saif faces the end of a royal legacy, it’s clear that this is more than just a property dispute—it marks the end of an era for one of India’s most storied families.
