Viral Video of Actor Raghav Juyal Slapping Actress Sakshi Malik Turns Out to Be Acting Class Scene

A recent video making rounds on social media created a storm after it allegedly showed popular actor and dancer Raghav Juyal slapping actress Sakshi Malik in public. The video captured a heated argument between Raghav and Sakshi, with several onlookers trying to intervene. In the footage, Sakshi is seen arguing, pulling Raghav’s hair, and pointing fingers, which culminates in Raghav appearing to slap her across the face.

The clip quickly went viral, shocking fans and prompting a wave of criticism towards Raghav Juyal. Social media users condemned the act, believing it to be a genuine altercation.

Sakshi Malik, known for her song “Bom Diggy Diggy” in the movie Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and a burgeoning social media presence, addressed the controversy by issuing a statement on her social media account. In her post, she clarified, “Friends, this was merely a scene from a recent acting practice session. There was no intention to hurt or offend anyone. There were four of us rehearsing a performance and I hope you all understand.”

It was later revealed that the viral video was, in fact, a rehearsed scene from an acting class attended by Sakshi Malik, Raghav Juyal, and other actors including Avinash (husband of Sambhavna Seth) and Saurabh Sachdeva. During the session, someone recorded them, and mischievously, only the portion showing the “slap” was cut and circulated on social media, misleading viewers into thinking a real fight had occurred.

The incident spiraled to such an extent that Raghav Juyal began receiving backlash online. Eventually, Sakshi Malik was compelled to publicly clarify the truth behind the video. Raghav, for his part, also shared Sakshi’s clarification on his own social media, further affirming the entire episode was simply an acting exercise taken out of context.

This incident highlights the importance of context in viral content and the dangers of selectively edited videos on social media.
