Shilpa Shetty Rushes to Mumbai Hospital as Mother is Admitted Amid Legal Troubles

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty was recently spotted in a hurry as she rushed into Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital following her mother, Sunanda Shetty’s, sudden health deterioration. A video of Shilpa anxiously entering the hospital has gone viral on social media, sparking concern among fans. As of now, Shilpa has not revealed the specific reason behind her mother’s hospitalization.

This incident comes at a time when Shilpa Shetty is already facing legal challenges. She recently withdrew her application seeking permission to travel abroad, after the Mumbai High Court refused to stay the lookout circular (LOC) issued against her and her husband, businessman Raj Kundra. The LOC was issued in connection with an alleged ₹60 crore cheating case.

The High Court stated that Shilpa and Raj Kundra’s request to lift the LOC and allow them to travel abroad would only be considered if they paid the ₹60 crore sum allegedly involved in the case. Later, a division bench led by Chief Justice Shri Chandra Shekhar was informed that Shilpa would no longer pursue her travel plans.

As Shilpa Shetty manages both her mother’s health crisis and ongoing legal battles, fans and well-wishers are hoping for her mother’s speedy recovery and a resolution to her troubles.
