Inder Kumar’s Ex-Wife Faces Financial Hardship, Appeals to Salman Khan for Help
The glitter of Bollywood often hides personal battles, and the latest heartbreaking revelation has left fans shaken. Sonal Kariya, ex-wife of late actor Inder Kumar, has opened up about her severe financial crises, and made an emotional appeal to superstar Salman Khan for much-needed support.
Inder Kumar, who shot to fame in the 90s with hit films like ‘Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge’ and ‘Wanted’ alongside Salman Khan, was once hailed as the next big star in Hindi cinema. His charm and stellar performances led to comparisons with Salman himself. Inder not only graced the silver screen but also became a familiar face on television through shows like ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’.
However, despite a promising career, Inder Kumar’s life took a tragic turn. In 2017, he died by suicide, leaving his loved ones and fans in shock.
Now, years after his passing, his ex-wife Sonal Kariya is fighting a lonely battle. In a recent interview with Instant Bollywood, Sonal revealed that she is facing immense financial difficulties and is struggling to raise her two children.
“My life is full of struggles right now. There have been many ups and downs, and financially, it’s getting harder every day,” said Sonal. She described how her father, renowned Bollywood PRO Raju Kariya (who passed away in 2020), didn’t leave behind enough savings to support the family, and there was no financial help from Inder’s side either. Her second marriage, to a man named Dipesh, also ended in disappointment, only adding to her difficulties.
A Plea for Salman Khan’s Help
Desperate to provide for her children, Sonal has publicly requested assistance from Salman Khan. She admitted that while she hasn’t been able to reach out to Salman directly, she is using the interview as an opportunity to send a message to the superstar. “If I could get work on Salman’s reference, it would really help my children’s future,” she stated with hope.
Fans and industry insiders are now watching to see if Salman Khan, known for his philanthropy and support for colleagues in distress, will step in to help.
Bollywood’s Glare, Real-Life Shadows
The story of Sonal Kariya is a sobering reminder of the hardships faced by many in the film industry once the limelight fades. As Sonal’s plea gains attention on social media, many are commenting on the need for better support systems within Bollywood for those going through personal and financial turmoil.
