For the very first time, Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha appeared together on a television show, and their episode on “The Great Indian Kapil Show” has already been declared one of the best by fans!

Already a power couple—Parineeti and Raghav have been married for one and a half years—but they had never before shared a stage for a public interview. “The Great Indian Kapil Show” marked their debut as a duo on a talk show, and the jokes, stories, and candid confessions flowed freely.

A promo released by the show’s makers quickly went viral. In it, host Kapil Sharma humorously asks Raghav, “Which is harder: winning an election or winning your wife’s heart?” Quick-witted as always, Raghav replied, “Elections have to be won once every five years, but you have to win your wife’s heart every single hour!” The audience and even Navjot Singh Sidhu couldn’t help but burst out laughing. Sidhu chimed in, “Politics is like the ‘other woman’ in a marriage!”

The fun didn’t stop there. Raghav went on to reveal a quirky, personal anecdote: whatever Parineeti claims she’ll never do, fate seems to have other plans. He recounted, “Parineeti used to say she’d never marry a politician. Ironically, she ended up doing just that!” Now, as a running joke every morning, Raghav cheerfully asks Parineeti to repeat, “Raghav will never become the Prime Minister of India,” hoping reverse psychology will work its magic.
