Comedian Kapil Sharma has once again found himself at the center of controversy, this time facing serious allegations from actress and reality TV star Bobby Darling. In a recent interview with Telly Masala, Bobby opened up about being ignored by Kapil during her most desperate times — a phase she described as deeply depressing and career-threatening.

Bobby Darling, known for her roles in films like Style, Page 3, Kyaa Kool Hai Hum, and as a former contestant on Bigg Boss Season 1, claimed that people who once mocked her are now part of Kapil Sharma’s comedy show. She also revealed that she reached out to Kapil personally, asking him for work, not charity — but was met with complete silence.

“I messaged Kapil and reminded him of a time when he was struggling. I told him how he used to make jokes about me, and I laughed along because at least people were laughing. But now I need help — not money, but work,” said Bobby, her voice laced with emotion.

She alleged that Kapil completely ignored her message. “He didn’t reply, but karma did. All these attacks happening on his café… maybe that’s fate giving him the answer,” she added, referencing recent alleged issues Kapil faced with his business ventures.

In an earlier interview with Siddharth Kanan, Bobby had made even more heart-wrenching claims. She said she had messaged Kapil saying she was jobless and willing to do even the smallest of roles — even begging him with folded hands, metaphorically, through her messages. She also mentioned reaching out to Ekta Kapoor, pleading for work and confessing she was on the brink of depression.

“I told her [Ekta Kapoor], please give me work or I might end up like Sushant,” she stated, referring to the tragic death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Bobby’s revelations have reignited discussions around how the entertainment industry treats its artists — especially those who find themselves out of the limelight. Her story is not just about one ignored message; it’s about the struggle to stay relevant, the pain of being forgotten, and the courage it takes to speak out.

As of now, Kapil Sharma has not responded publicly to these allegations.
