Shocking Incident in Patna: 16-Year-Old Girl Dies from Excessive Bleeding During Intimacy with Boyfriend

Patna, Bihar – In a shocking incident reported from the capital city of Patna, a 16-year-old minor girl died due to excessive bleeding while being intimate with her boyfriend. The incident took place in the Jakkanpur police station area, specifically in Karbigahiya.

According to reports, both the boy and the girl involved were minors. The boy, who is a resident of Masaurhi, had brought the girl from Jehanabad to Patna. They met at a lodge near Patna Junction, where the tragic incident occurred. During their time together, the girl suffered excessive bleeding, reportedly as a result of sexual intercourse.

The girl’s boyfriend rushed her to a private hospital. However, due to the severity of her condition, she was referred to PMCH (Patna Medical College and Hospital). Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries during treatment.

The police have taken swift action in the case. According to officials, the girl had a history of poor health, including tuberculosis, and was not fully developed physically. The delay in seeking medical help further worsened her condition, leading to her death from excessive blood loss.

Authorities have arrested the owner of the house where the incident took place, along with an accomplice. It has come to light that the house was previously used by couples for similar purposes. The police are investigating whether any prostitution activities were taking place at the premises. If confirmed, a separate FIR will be lodged, and the property will be sealed.

Statements from the girl’s parents reveal that they were informed about their daughter’s deteriorating health by the boy around 4 PM. Later, at around 11 PM, they were notified of her death by the hospital.

The girl had stopped her studies after the fourth grade, while the boy is still pursuing his education. The two had known each other for about a month, with their interactions intensifying over the last ten days through social media platforms like WhatsApp and Instagram.

Police have registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, considering the seriousness of the injuries that led to the girl’s death. Investigations are ongoing, and more arrests may follow if further evidence emerges.

The police have clarified that there were no signs of forced intercourse or brutality, according to the doctors’ examination. The relationship between the two was consensual, and the death was caused by excessive blood loss.

This heartbreaking incident has raised serious concerns about the safety and well-being of minors, as well as the role of social media in fostering such relationships. The police continue to probe all angles of the case and have assured strict action against those found guilty.
