Very soon, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor will officially change their address. The couple is preparing to leave their Vastu Apartment and move into the new bungalow with their daughter, Raha. Neetu Kapoor is also set to leave her rented flat and join her son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter in their new home.

This majestic bungalow has been under construction for years, with workers toiling day and night. Every floor of the bungalow features balconies adorned with lush rows of plants, adding to the beauty and serenity of the residence.

From these videos, it’s evident the couple has created two living rooms—one on the first floor and another on the third. The living rooms feature elegant white sofas, and the lower level boasts impressive chandeliers. The interior walls are painted white, while the exterior follows a sophisticated white and grey color scheme, reflecting Ranbir and Alia’s preference for modern design, simplicity, and greenery.

Fans are already eager to see more inside photos of the couple’s stunning new home. However, it remains unclear when the family will officially move in. Reports suggest Neetu Kapoor is waiting for an auspicious date for the housewarming ceremony, possibly during Navratri or Diwali.

Later, the property was transferred to Neetu and Rishi Kapoor. About five years ago, the old bungalow was demolished to make way for a new, multi-storey palace.

It’s reported that Neetu Kapoor plans to register the new home in the name of her granddaughter, Raha. Ranbir has also dedicated a special room to his late father, Rishi Kapoor, filled with cherished memories and tributes to the legendary actor.
