Advocate Archana Tiwari Mysteriously Missing After Boarding Train to Katni

Advocate Archana Tiwari, a resident of Katni who had been living in Indore to prepare for Civil Judge exams, has been missing since July 7 under mysterious circumstances after boarding the Indore-Bilaspur train. She left her hostel between 2:30 and 3:00 PM to go to the station, intending to travel to her hometown Katni for the Rakshabandhan festival.

The last known location from her mobile phone signals was found in Narmadapuram. She was reportedly last seen at Rani Kamalapati Railway Station. CCTV footage from her hostel shows her with a backpack and a carry bag, departing with her roommate. After a brief conversation at the hostel’s gate, they both proceeded to the station.

Witnesses confirm she reached Bhopal, and there is evidence of her presence at the station there. However, after that point, she has not been seen anywhere. Her bag was later found in Umaria on the train, heightening concerns about her disappearance.

Her family had arrived at her destination the next day, but she never showed up. Archana’s family has been in a constant state of worry and continues to search for her. While she had been preparing for competitive exams in Indore for the past 7-8 months, hostel staff remember her as a quiet and punctual person, focused only on her own work and without close friends visiting her at the hostel.

The hostel caretaker confirmed that Archana had completed all required leave forms and had noted her intention to return on the 17th. Hostel residents and staff are also anxious, especially her roommate, who had only recently started staying with her.

Authorities are searching extensively across all possible locations—her hometown Katni, in Bhopal, and where her bag was found in Umaria. Despite multiple police teams working on the case and searches being conducted at every relevant location, no substantial clues have surfaced so far.

The biggest mystery remains how Archana vanished so suddenly from a moving train, leaving behind only her bag. As the Rakshabandhan festival passes, her family’s concerns have deepened with no information about her whereabouts or well-being.

Efforts to solve this case are ongoing. The police and her family continue to appeal to the public for any leads related to Archana Tiwari’s disappearance.
