‘Panchayat’ Actor Avinash Khan Suffers Heart Attack at 34: What Should Young People Watch Out For?
Popular OTT actor Avinash Khan, renowned for his roles in hit web series ‘Mirzapur’ and ‘Panchayat’, suffered a heart attack on Monday evening. The 34-year-old actor is now in stable condition and out of danger, much to the relief of his fans and well-wishers.

Taking to Instagram to reassure his followers, Avinash wrote: “Over the past few hours, I have been dealing with some health issues that required hospitalization. I’m grateful to share that I am now on the road to recovery and feeling much better.” His message brought a sense of relief to admirers concerned about his health.
Heart attacks among people in their 30s are, unfortunately, becoming increasingly common. Experts suggest that unhealthy lifestyles and chronic stress are among the leading contributors. In some instances, underlying heart conditions may go undetected until a serious incident occurs.
Today’s fast-paced life often pushes young adults to overwork, whether it is spending long hours at the gym, staying late at work, or constantly multitasking. These habits can lead to chronic stress, poor sleep, and insufficient rest. Such factors elevate stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, which can damage the blood vessels of the heart.
Additionally, neglecting proper hydration during busy days is a commonly overlooked risk factor. Inadequate water intake can also raise the risk of heart-related problems.

However, medical experts still identify smoking and vaping as some of the most significant risk factors for heart attacks in younger adults. Nearly 90% of heart attacks in this demographic can be attributed to cigarette smoking. If you smoke a pack a day, your risk of heart attack is twice as high as that of non-smokers.
Similarly, vapes contain nicotine and other harmful chemicals that can speed up the heart rate and increase blood pressure, further straining the heart.
We wish Avinash Khan a speedy and complete recovery, and his case serves as a reminder for young people to take heart health seriously—by adopting a balanced lifestyle, staying hydrated, avoiding smoking and vaping, and prioritizing rest and stress management.
