Veteran Actor Achyut Potdar Passes Away Just Days Before His 90th Birthday

The Indian film industry is mourning the loss of one of its most cherished actors, Achyut Potdar, who passed away just three days shy of his 90th birthday. The news of his demise has sent waves of grief throughout Bollywood and beyond, marking the end of an era for Indian cinema.

Achyut Potdar, known for his memorable roles across Hindi and Marathi films, breathed his last after he was admitted to Jupiter Hospital in Thane, where he was taken upon suddenly losing consciousness. Despite medical attempts, his health continued to deteriorate and he could not be saved. His daughter, Anuradha Paskar, informed that his last rites will be performed on Tuesday at 4:00 pm.
