Mothers of Sambhal Girls Pledge: No More Obscene Videos After Police Action

Following a crackdown by local police on young girls creating and sharing obscene videos on social media, the mothers of Mahak and Nisha, alias Pari, have broken their silence. Recently released on bail, the girls’ mothers have now promised the public that their daughters will never repeat such behavior.

According to their statements, Mahak and Pari’s videos were the result of immaturity and lack of understanding. “Everything they did was out of ignorance. But now, my daughters will not make any more such videos,” Mahak and Nisha’s mother declared. She insists she has warned both girls in the past but acknowledges they did not heed her advice then. “Now, they have been given strict instructions: never make content that could offend others or bring shame.”

The mothers spoke to reporters in their village, making their stand clear. “Previously, I told my daughter not to make such videos, especially those with offensive language,” said Naima, one of the mothers. “We now realize the mistake. After court intervention, the girls themselves have admitted they will never again create or upload such videos.”

When asked why the girls began making these videos in the first place, their mothers replied that it was “childish naivety—children make mistakes.” With the matter now before the court, the families have vowed to ensure no repeat offenses and hope to prevent future trouble.
