Despite her high-profile background, Saaniya remains low-key on social media. Sources reveal that she shares a close friendship with Sara Tendulkar, which played a pivotal role in bringing her and Arjun closer and eventually led to the engagement.

As for Arjun, he followed his legendary father’s footsteps into cricket, though he chose pace bowling instead of batting. At 25, Arjun’s career has yet to fully blossom. Since 2021, he has been part of the Mumbai Indians IPL squad, playing a handful of matches in 2023 and 2024. He also represents Goa in domestic cricket since 2022.
