Viral Video Exposes ASDM Orderly Misbehaving With Woman, Suspended After DM’s Action

A disturbing video has gone viral on social media, showing an ASDM office orderly allegedly misbehaving with a woman. In the video, the orderly is seen in a semi-nude state inside his government quarters, holding the woman’s hand and attempting to undress her. The incident reportedly took place at Chetna Park Officers Colony.

According to reports, about a week ago, the orderly lured the woman to his government quarters under the pretense of offering her a job. Once inside, he allegedly tried to behave inappropriately with her. After the video surfaced, District Magistrate (DM) Neha Sharma suspended the accused orderly, Harivansh Shukla.

The victim revealed that two days after the incident, she messaged the DM’s phone to file a complaint. Since then, Harivansh Shukla has been harassing her for the past four to five days, even threatening to kill her and her family. She has demanded that the accused be sent to jail.

**What Really Happened?**

Harivansh Shukla, 60, a resident of Hardoi, was posted as an orderly at the Gonda Additional Sub-District Magistrate’s office. The victim, from the Parshupur police station area, released a video statement, explaining that about a month ago, she had gone to the Collectorate to apply for a job, where she met Harivansh Shukla. He promised to help her get a job, took her mobile number, and started calling her regularly.

About a week ago, Harivansh called her to Chetna Park and then took her to his government quarters in the Officers Colony, claiming he would help her secure a job. Once inside the room, he locked the door, undressed himself, and tried to molest her. When she resisted, he threatened her with a knife and forcibly attempted to undress her. She managed to escape by promising to return another time.

The woman said she was extremely shaken after the incident but gathered the courage to file an online complaint with the DM two days later. Upon learning of the incident, DM Neha Sharma immediately suspended Harivansh Shukla and sealed his file. The DM has assigned SDM Alok Kumar to investigate the case. Harivansh Shukla was reportedly set to retire in five months.

The victim also alleged that this was not the first time the orderly had trapped women with false promises of jobs.
