Major Twist in Disha Salian Case: No Evidence of Conspiracy, Aditya Thackeray Cleared

A major development has emerged in the case of Disha Salian, the former manager of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The Maharashtra government’s lawyers have told the Bombay High Court that there is no evidence of conspiracy in Disha’s death. They also clarified that Aditya Thackeray, who was named as an accused, has been found innocent.

Disha’s father, Satish Salian, had alleged that his daughter was assaulted and then murdered. However, police have now informed the court that Disha jumped from the flat’s window of her own will. The post-mortem report also found no signs of assault or physical violence.

Timeline of Events

On June 8, 2020, Disha, who lived in the Malad area of Mumbai, received a call from a friend in London. At that time, Disha was at her fiancé Rohan Rai’s flat on the 14th floor of Regent Galaxy building. During the conversation, Disha went into another room and told her friend that she was feeling anxious. A short while later, Disha’s body was found in the society’s campus below.

Disha Salian was a celebrity manager who had worked with famous actors such as Varun Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput, and Bharti Singh. She was dating TV actor Rohan Rai and had gotten engaged a few months before her death.

According to her friends, Disha was under mental stress due to family disputes and failed business deals. They also said that she was heavily intoxicated before her death, a fact confirmed by the forensic science laboratory. The statements of all friends present that night were found to be consistent. Considering these circumstances, investigators have concluded that Disha jumped from the window of her own will.
