Political Crisis in Nepal After Jinji Movement

The Jinji movement in Nepal has led to the fall of the government, but the country is still undecided about its new leadership. The main contenders are Sushila Karki and Balen Shah, with efforts ongoing to reach a consensus between them. However, disagreements have emerged, and protests have taken place.

A new name has also been suggested by the Jinji movement, sparking further debate. Clashes broke out between supporters of different factions, and Balen Shah has faced criticism for allegedly not taking to the streets during the crisis.

Meanwhile, a large crowd gathered in Kathmandu to support Dharan sub-metropolitan mayor Harka Raj Rai (Sapang). The army was deployed with strict security measures to prevent violence. Sapang criticized the current leadership for failing to guide the country forward.

Supporters of Sapang and the Jinji movement gathered outside his house, while the army maintained a strong presence to ensure order. Many people expressed frustration with political parties, accusing them of corruption and calling for better governance.

The situation remains tense, with the future leadership of Nepal still uncertain. The army and supporters continue to be vigilant as discussions and protests continue.
